Reading Challenge! 25 Books every smart women should read by ELLE Magazine

I found this list whilst browsing the internet the other day and thought it was a very interesting concept.. I like to think as myself as a 'smart women' and I love to learn and indulge myself in knowledge.
I have decided to set myself a challenge to try to read all of these before the end of 2015!
I thought it might be something a little different and something to get me motivated to read more as I have been slacking over the past few years although I do really enjoying settling down with a good book and at times could happily read for hours on end!
I will be keeping you updated on my progress month by month and fingers crossed i'll make it through!

KID ROCK ft. La Redoute, Forever21, Converse & Jack Willis

HAPPY FRIDAY!
Bandana - Forever21
Batman Tee - Play.com
Leather Trousers - La Redoute
Pink Converse - Amazon
Hoodie - Jack Willis

What better way to rock a Friday than leather trousers, a bandana and a pair of awesome coloured Converse hi tops? Three of my favourite things! The leather trousers are probably down to the Billy Idol autobiography i've been reading.. it's an awesome insight into his life (if you're interested, check it out here!)
As i'm only 5"3 finding leather trousers that don't look make my legs look (too much of) a wrinked mess isn't easy, but for an amazing prize these are perfect and they don't seem to bring the heat with them that the usual ones do - still perfect for keeping you cosy though! Total bargain buy of 2014.
My trusty Converse hi-tops will be a wardrobe staple all year round now I have some in a bright colour! The batman tee was an essential as I love how the back has the Joker print and the front has the postmark of Arkham City.. how i'd love a Bat-Mobile!
I'm feeling focused and slightly invincible today - Happy Friday!

Bras Galore win and Freya review

Beautiful underwear is a must for all women - they make you feel beautiful no-matter what you are wearing and I think they can really give you a big confidence boost when you need one! New and beautiful looking garments can make a day feel instantly better..

A gigantic thankyou to Rock and Roll Pussycat's blog for picking me as the winner for a Bras Galore gift voucher!

The underwear I picked came packaged discreetly (which I always think is a bonus) and folded in a beautiful printed crepe-paper that made them look like gorgeous gifts! With my £25 voucher I managed to get 2 pairs of beautiful bottoms from the Freya brand and they look even better than on the website!

Freya Fancies Brazilian
The pink is slightly brighter than on the site but are still a deep colour which the white waistband compliments perfectly! They are a fab fit, super comfortable and the lace feels of an amazing quality. They sit slightly below the hips and I think I could wear them underneath anything - leggings, jeans, dresses etc. They make me feel like a princess!

Freya Deco Darling Thong
The design of these is simply stunning. The lace panel is a pale pink which the picture really doesn't do justice! The material has a soft almost-satin feel and this is probably the most comfortable one that I own! The small gem detailing on the front just adds that little extra something and the rose pictured lace detailing makes them look like a small masterpiece. These sit quite high on the hips so i'd probably wear these more under dresses rather than jeans (unless i'm wearing a long top or a high-waisted variety!) But I would still definitely recommend these very highly.

Can't Break Me Down ft. SpyLoveBuy

So, these super amazing boots? I'm in love and I don't think I've felt this way about a pair of boots since I bought my first pair of New Rocks aged 15!
Super comfortable, fit perfectly and the platform makes them feel like flats so no 'tottering' around trying to control my feet and balance! The charcoal colouring and lace-up nature of them gives them a really laid-back feel which is why I thought I'd try teaming them with my usual band tee and skinny jeans - I think I pulled it off.. These boots also give you stature and make me feel like i'm walking on air - one of those pairs of shoes you slip on and you feel invincible.
Also - at the price of only £24.95 I thoroughly recommend investing - even if you've never tried platform boots before.
My tee was also a super bargain. I've been after a new Green Day tee for ages and this one is selling for £18 currently on Amazon UK - I was doing my usual browse of the local charity shops and this popped up in the mens section (Brand New!) for only £2! So sometimes it's well worth a look as they usually just plonk all the band merchandise on the male rails..
As per Topshop jeans are amazing and these feel like a cross between leggings and yoga pants they're that comfortable.

I was super lucky to win the Nubuck boots in a monthly SpyLoveBuy Facebook page rafflecopter at the end of last month - So a giant THANKYOU to SpyLoveBuy for picking me as their winner!
